Video Project

Check out the video I did for my Multimedia Storytelling class.
There are a few glitches, and I still need to add the music to the background. I will post the final project when I am finished.
Enjoy...and I appreciate criticism. Promise

I think this New York Times article clearly states what is going on in the U.S.

In my opinion, enroll your children in Chinese language as soon as possible...cause they're going to be the head hauncho in this life sooner than later.
In light of my visit to the animal shelter today, here is an amazing shot from Scott Strazannte, a photojournalist from the Chicago Tribune.  Check out his blog shooting from the hip.  Very low key..but very inspiring from a small town point of view in such a large city.

Check it out.

Pistachios

Today was a hectic day I guess.
I worked from 9:30 to 2:30, like usual on Mondays.
I got to work and it looked like Christmas morning in the photo lab.  Boxes and boxes...everywhere.
Turns out they sent me nine printer kits for a printer I don't even have.  Yay Kodak...what more can you screw up in my life?
I got to spend some time with Rachel though, she always helps me get my head on straight. WBFF LOVE her.
After work I got to go to the Bloomington Animal Shelter to do an interview for my video project that is due next week.  Saw so many cute cats and dogs.  Definitely pulled on my heart strings.  I cannot wait to have a dog.  I guess living with two cats has kind of turned me on to them as well; I never had cats, so I'm still getting used to them : )
I got my nails done yesterday, I think I'm too hand active for fake nails haha.  They are already scratched up from hauling around tripods and video cameras and changing photo paper and basically being a mechanic in the lab.  Oh well, they don't have to stay perfect I guess.

It's going to be a busy week.  I'm going to Bryan's game at Ball State on Wednesday night, home for the evening on Thursday to watch NEW MOON, back on Friday, and working all weekend.  My video project is due next Wednesday, and will probably take a good 20 hrs worth of work to complete.

Agenda tonight: Watch Dexter, relax a little with some wine, write a three page Spanish essay, finish 3 workbook pages of Spanish Linguistics...then bed. =)
Better get to it!

Listen to some Ben Harper...it's been doing me a lot of good lately.

Hopefully this is where I'll be in seven months.

Yay Second post!
